The main purpose of the Panacea-USA division is to educate the youth in the United States about alternative energies and more importantly have students construct their own energy saving devices.

The first students will build modify off the shelf electric motors by adding a rotorverter (RV). The RV will allow the motor to run so efficiently that it can be run off a single solar panel. These students will also build water fuel cells (WFC) according to Stanley Meyers design. These water fuel cells will release oxygen and hydrogen molecules at such a rate that the hydrogen will be able to run a lawn mower. Dr. Mark Jones, an Auburn Science teacher, will conduct the initial class lectures and class construction.

Dr. Jones is also the head of Auburn's Science Olympiad program. His students have won the Alabama Science Olympiad 6 straight years. Once the first devices are made, it will be presented to Dr. Steven Taylor and the Auburn University Alternative Energy Program.

After this program is completed, every two months, Dr. Jones or Dow Scoggins, former corporate technical instructor and youth motivator, will go to different Auburn City and Alabama Schools and teach each school how to build these devices.

This project will be an annual event and once the new devices are built, the first devices will be donated to the schools.

Panacea-USA will pledge to instruct other science teachers throughout the United States and provide them with the materials to construct their own energy free devices.

Panacea-USA will also present other free energy devices in order to show the children of the United States that they do not have to rely on fossil fuels in the future. Tomorrow's children can live on clean and free energy.
